What is the price for Tails decks?

VAT

In the European Union, every price we show already includes VAT at the rate for your country, and it is the price you pay at checkout: nothing is added on top. The VAT it contains is shown in small type under the price (for example “incl. €28.17 VAT”). Because they include VAT, prices in the EU can be higher than the same edition’s price in other regions. Outside the EU, no VAT is added to our prices.

Standard prices quoted by email

If your Standard-edition email contains a held-until date, the quoted price (VAT included in the EU) is reserved for the original recipient, the linked order, the Standard edition and the currency shown in that email until that date. Open the email link to return to that order. A lower eligible checkout price still applies; discounts are not added on top of the held price.

After the hold expires, the page shows the current price and asks you to accept it before a new Standard payment can start. Starting checkout before expiry gives you a 30-minute window to switch payment methods at the held price, ending no later than 30 minutes after the hold expires. An already-open payment provider session keeps its own expiry rules. Other editions have their own prices. Older emails without a held-until date do not automatically reserve a historical price.
