How do I request a refund?
If you're unhappy with your cards, you can usually fix the issue yourself before requesting a refund — open the "Edit" window on any card (or use "Bulk edit") to regenerate or adjust it. Each plan includes a free edits allowance, and you can purchase more edits anytime; only Collector's Edition and Collector's Club members have unlimited edits. For hands-on help, ask our automated support bot via the (?) icon on your order page, or add the "Artisan edits" add-on (from the edit modal or the diamond icon on your order page).
If you'd like to proceed with a refund, email support@tails-ai.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
