Can I change or upload new photos after placing my order?

Yes — you can swap in new photos after placing your order, and you can do it yourself. Open any card on your order page, choose "Edit", and select "Replace character" or "Use different photo I uploaded". You can also ask our automated edit assistant by clicking the (?) icon in the bottom-right corner of your order page. The card is then regenerated with the new photo.

This uses your edits — each plan includes a free edits allowance, and you can purchase more anytime; only Collector's Edition and Collector's Club members have unlimited edits. To update several cards at once, use "Bulk edit".

You don't need to cancel and re-order just to change photos — you can update your existing order directly. If you'd prefer a person to handle it for you, add the "Artisan edits" add-on (from the edit modal or the diamond icon on your order page).
