Why some cards look different

Each card is created individually using AI, and occasionally some details — like ear shape, coat pattern, or facial features — may differ slightly from your pet's actual appearance.

How to fix it

• Click on the card that needs correction on your order page.

• Select "Edit" and describe what needs to change (e.g., "My dog's ears stick out sideways, not folded forward").

• The card will be regenerated with your corrections.

To fix several cards at once, use "Bulk edit", or ask our automated support bot by clicking the (?) icon in the bottom-right corner of your order page. If you'd prefer a person to handle the edits for you, add the "Artisan edits" add-on (from the edit modal or the diamond icon on your order page).

Uploading clear, well-lit photos of your pet from multiple angles helps the AI generate more accurate results.
