How to use the card editor and troubleshoot AI issues

Tips for editing your cards and handling AI generation artifacts.

Using the Card Editor

You can review and edit individual cards on your order page. Click on any card and select "Edit" to request modifications, such as adjusting features or regenerating the image. To change several cards at once, use "Bulk edit", or ask our automated support bot by clicking the (?) icon in the bottom-right corner of your order page.

Each plan includes a free edits allowance. Only Collector's Edition and Collector's Club members have unlimited edits — on other plans you can purchase more edits anytime once your allowance is used.

Best Practices for AI Editing:

  • Be specific: When requesting changes, describe exactly what needs to be fixed (e.g., "change the dog's coat color to brown").

  • One request at a time: To ensure the best results, submit clear, detailed requests.

  • Handling artifacts: If the AI produces distorted features, use the editor to describe the correction. If the self-service editor isn't enough, add the "Artisan edits" add-on to have a person make the changes for you.

If you experience "busy server" messages or page freezes, try refreshing your browser or clearing your cache. If issues persist, ask our automated support bot via the (?) icon on your order page, or add "Artisan edits" (from the edit modal or the diamond icon on your order page) for hands-on help.
