How do I edit my cards? What if editing isn't working?

Editing your cards

After your deck is generated, you can review and edit individual cards on your order page. Click on any card you'd like to change, then select "Edit" to request modifications such as adjusting details, correcting features, or regenerating the image entirely. To change several cards at once, use "Bulk edit". You can also ask our automated support bot for help by clicking the (?) icon in the bottom-right corner of your order page.

Each plan includes a free edits allowance. Only Collector's Edition and Collector's Club members have unlimited edits — on other plans you can purchase more edits anytime once your allowance is used.

If the page freezes or shows an error

We're aware that some users have experienced page freezes or system errors during the editing process. If this happens:

  • Try refreshing the page and attempting your edit again.

  • Clear your browser cache or try a different browser.

  • If the problem persists, ask our automated support bot via the (?) icon in the bottom-right corner of your order page.

Edit processing time

We process edit requests in order of arrival. If you've submitted multiple edit requests, please allow some time for each to be processed sequentially.

When making edits, please describe what you'd like changed on each card as clearly as possible — this helps get it right the first time.

Prefer to have a person handle the changes for you? Add the "Artisan edits" add-on — available from the edit modal or by clicking the diamond icon on your order page.
